The Future Land claims that the Icelandic Government needs to get out of the heavy industry plans it is stuck in for the future and instead help build a society where creativity, diversity and good living standards are at the forefront. The Government's discourse and action is no longer in accordance with the nation. That is why The Future Land will use its power to influence politics this winter and running for Parliament is a possibility.
