Árnason Sigrún Davíðsd Prime Minister Geir H Haarde and Minister of Foreign Affairs Valgerður Sverrisdóttir have sent official expressions of sympathy to members of the Indian government, regarding a series of bomb blasts on a train in Mumbai that have killed scores of people. Haarde sent his condolences to Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh, and Sverrisdóttir sent sympathies to the Indian government saying that Iceland supports India, as well as the fight against international terrorism.
