Nylon Single on the British Charts 26. júlí 2006 10:32 Tónlist Nylon Icelandic girl-band Nylon‘s first single „Loosing a Friend“ went straight to 29th place on the British single chart in its first week but fell to 52nd place this week. Einar Bárðason the band‘s manager says they are happy to have the single on the chart and they hope „Loosing a Friend“ will get more airplay on the radio. Another single from the Nylon girls is in the works and the Grammy-winning producer Andy Wright will produce the single. On the Sun tabloid website a poll is being conducted on who will replace the British girl-band, Girls Aloud. Nylon and Stonefoxx are considered the most likely successors. Nylon has lately been touring in the UK and supported Westlife and Girls Aloud on tour.
